Renowned Alaskan Chef & award-winning author Kirsten Dixon and her team of culinary artists will delight your senses with the intoxicating flavors and smells of Spain. Kirsten and her husband purchased the Tutka Bay Lodge in Kachemak Bay State Park last year. She was named one of the Top 10 best chefs in the northwest by Pacific Northwest Magazine.

Gene Diamond, working with Specialty Imports, will examine wine pairing possibilities. Kirsten and Gene will showcase their pairings at dinner,  Saturday May 1.
